The former owners of the property were (from what I've heard) slum lords. However, the new owner has renovated all the units and many exterior features as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. There weren't any hidden surprises here. Good location a block or two from campus. Many of my ratings are average but for student housing I think Campus Pointe is definately above average.
