Yes they always lose your rent, and will try to charge you late fees even though you have the bank statement showing the check was cashed. as far as noise: you can hear everyones conversation, your neighbor can hear you fart, you can hear your neighbor fart, when you take a ---- your neighbor can smell it, when your neighbor takes a ---- you can smell it, when your neighbor cooks your smoke alarm will go off, the stench from the dirty bastards around you gets into your apartment and when you have guests over they think its you, I dont know how the contracter for this place could of even considered themself a builder, the only upside to this place is that it is close to wiu classrooms, but lets face it, you could live inside a cardboard box outside of the classes and save 670 bux a month and still have all the amenities this place offers. As far as pets go, you can hear them run around other units and cats are a nightmare! If you can handle meow all fricken night long, then you deserve this place! Birds, now thats a whole other story. chirp chirp chirp. save yourself the money and the headache, and consider living in a refrigerator box before even looking at this place
