Pet friendly, really quiet (I'm in a one bedroom apt with people on both sides, above, below, and behind us, and even being surrounded by people, it's really quiet. Half the people in my stairwell, 3 of 6, have dogs -big ones- and I never hear them.) LOVE the pool, workout room and on-site laundry, love to walk my dog around the complex, uber close to campus (esp if you are law enforcement, bc Stipes is super close). I've never had an issue with management or rent, and maintenance is quick to respond. I absolutely recommend this place, it's newly renovated, so when I moved in two years ago, everything was new (and looked nice...like updated, and in this era) however you should know it's unfurnished. There is no wash/dry in my unit (although I think bigger ones might have them) and the laundry center is like 100 ft from my apt. Also, cable and internet in the livingroom and bedroom (hook-ups in both rooms) is free/included in rent, as is everything else (water, elec, utilities, trash) except for a landline phone (duh). Me and my boyfriend both live in a one bedroom apartment with our dog and have plenty of room. I would like a little more storage -maybe a coat closet- but it works out ok. I really hope this is helpful, because I have had nothing but good experiences here, and plan on being here for another two years until graduation. I don't know where the site is, but I found blueprints online before I moved-in, and those helped a lot for furniture planning, etc. Good luck in your apartment hunt, and I hope this helped!
