I have lived here for two years, and would live longer if I wasn't graduating. As long as you have face time with the front office and are nice to them, they will do wonders for you. Don't call and badger them, and don't have your parents call them, that's just rude and won't get you what you need. I've gone in and asked nicely for anything I needed, and they have done a great job at fixing every problem. Sometimes, I would stop by the office asking for a maintenance request and the guys would be at my place before I walked back! The maintenance crew is also friendly. The apartments are well built and attractive, and they have done a lot of improvements since I've been here. The insulation was fixed just this spring, and they now have higher speed internet and a recycling dumpster. The internet has it's problems, but normally you can go into the main office and they will tell you what's up with it. Sometimes, all you need to do is open a new browser so it can connect to this IP3 website thing. They did have a point in time where they changed management and the records for who paid rent got all screwed up, but one visit to the office and that was cleared up. If you pay your rent on time and hand them the check to the main office you should never have a problem. Check is the important word in that sentence, as I have heard people have problems paying with credit card, however if there's a problem, just go into the office and they will fix it for you. There is always someone there to help you. I haven't had a single problem that couldn't be fixed by walking into the office and asking for help. The office staff is one in a million.
