That's all that this place is! They are falling in, run down, bug infested, cheap trailers and I feel sorry for anyone who gets stuck with one of these!! I have friends who live there now, and I guarauntee you that there is absolutely nothing worse in town than this place. I won't even walk aroung that place at night. I swear it feels like something out of a horror movie, and they are way on the far end of town, where all the crazies live!!!! You always hear people yelling and screaming at eachother or their kids!

I worked for Lotz property, for a minute. The only piece of property that is nice would be the Lakewood Lodge, which is new. Reguardless of how run-down the home is, Chuck charges $300 per room. He is a slum lord, indeed. Everyone was always complaining about their rental; frozen pipes, floor falling through(trailors), toilets not working, extreemly high electric bills, ext... DO NOT RENT HERE!

I rented a house from lotz for 3 months, it was ant infested, the roof had a giant hole in it and they never came out to fix it. Their answer to everything was caulk it. My a/c bill was 200 buks cause there is NO INSULATION in this home. The worst part is every water line was frozen and cracked when we rented the home, they fixed them the day we moved in, might I add we payed 600.00 a month. Do not rent home on 732 w. piper or you will so regret it!!!! There is nothing in that home that is safe, all the neighbors have been in it, since i had shown them, they are in disbelief that they can sucker people into renting it. Besides, the lady that lived there before made them redo the bathroom due to BLACK MOLD (highly deadly). We did not know this until we moved in. It could be that they had a claim for flooded house a few years back I guess the basement flooded and they just filled it in, But the damage is the mold that still exists. GO ELSEWHERE AND RENT>>>>>>. I am not a student I am an adult renter telling you this

I also rented from Lotz property, they like to rip off students bad! They never fix anything they say. I had 400 dollar cilco bills at the dump they call the lodge, all they are is crappy trailors with siding, the lodge is their so u dont focus on the dumps they are trying to rent to you, ants and mold are of the greaest concern, trust me do NOT sign a lease with these loosers. Rob giles is the biggest liar there.
