He is the worst landlord in Macomb. I can GUARANTEE you this. There are so many things I could list here it is sick. The houses are totally NOT worth what he wants. My house in particular was infested with bugs because the structure itself was not sealed, the floor was merely a piece of cheap wood with dirt underneath, and so on. He cheats you at the end with the security deposit. He took out $250 for cleaning charges when the house was as clean as it ever was going to be based upon its condition. I was one of the best tenants he has ever had and I still got charged this amount for NOTHING. AVOID RECTOR APARTMENTS!! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
