By reading some of the reviews it is clear to me that people don't want to give Mr. Rector a fair shake. He is a good man who offers a good product to the community. As long as you do what is expected of you as a tenant you will get the same treatment. I have been affiliated with this company for a long time and have never had a problem. Mr. Rector and his staff have many years of experience in the field and you couldnt ask for a better company to rent from.
