I used to live here and I can tell you that I am thankfull I am out. The staff is never available to help you. There is a terrible problem with snakes and bugs here which I can only assume is out of control because of the river being so near. When we moved here I thought it would be ok, I assumed that the staff would take care of us but I was certainly wrong. There was also a real problem with some of the other tenants here. I think they would let anyone live here including fellons and drug addicts. Take my word for it and stay away.

I don't think you're talking about River Ridge Apartments. I never once had an issue with snakes or bugs and our apartment is next to the "river", which is only a creek after a good rain. I believe you lived in River Run Apartments, a completely separate complex that does have a river in the back.
