I just learned about this website and am very happy that it exists. I moved out of River Run last year. These apartments are very low grade and the management is very unreliable. When you have a maintenance request you are lucky to have it taken care of in 5 days. These apartments are very old and not well taken care of. The lighting outdoors in not very good. A mugger could be hidding anywhere in the shadows. I used to call my boyfriend when I was coming home at night and I would have him meet me outside to make sure I made it in safe.
