I love my one bedroom at River Run. The complex is tucked away from the city. The scenery is beautiful. My neighbors are wonderful and quiet (for the most part). No pets allowed, however this rule is not heavily enforced. My heating/air unit is very OLD! I'm only responsible for the electric. Water/gas/garbage are included in the rent. Heating and stove are gas which is great becuae my average electric bill is $30/mo. I seldom use my air but my neighbor's electric bill(they run air constantly) is almost $200/mo. Needless to say heating/air units need replaced!
I have an amazing amount of closet space. I have two bedroom closets, huge coat closet, linen and broom closet. I also have a closet outside containing heating/air unit.
The manager screens the phone calls and only answers the calls that benefit her. She stays in the office for the minimal amount of hours required by the state. We do have an emergency answering service available.
Kid friendly.
