i have lived at river run for one year the problem is the manager is never in to take your calls and your calls are never returned maintence are very slow at getting any thing fixed the grounds are kept junky trash left in hallways parking is horrible management wont do nothing about it trying to pay the rent is a hassle manager never in office to take your payments then slaps a late fee on your rent thats bs
