Management inattentive

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The management office is rarely staffed, calls are not returned, maintenance is done only when it has escalated to an emergency and then not in a timely manner. The management does not care about it's tenants as evidenced by the way they are treated, including: rude answers and refusal to perform routine maintenance.
