OK...as long as you get a newer apartment...

My boyfriend happened to be lucky and got on the good side of the parking lot...while my roommates and i rented a 4 bedroom just by the office...these are ghetto old...even the repairman for our heater told us that they need to fix things up majorly in these apartments! my boyfriend's had central air/heat...ours 1 window unit in the living room...and space heaters in every room. The landlords are alright, but you kind of have to nag on them to do anything immediately. It took 3-4 weeks to get one thing fixed...i guess it really has to do with which one of the two landlords you talk to. our apartment was DEFINITELY not worth the 1,040 we paid a month.
