At a quick glance, the place wasn't bad. But, after moving in and trying to make it a place that I could live in, that was a whole different story. It took me 3 hours just to get all the mold and excess hair out of the tub. I lived on the top floor and could not keep my house warm due to improper insulation in the attic space.(which led to a nice gas bill, let me tell you) AND, I never had to meet my neighbors because I just simply turned down my tv to hear the latest gossip. If this all wasn't bad enough, the landlords were the worst! The one that I always had the pleasure of dealing with might as well be one of the college students. That's how she acted and spoke, not to mention trying to get a hold of her. I would not live here again if you paid a whole years rent for me!

If there were anything wrong with their apartment, why didn't they tell them about it? The manager was very personable and easy to express concerns to.

Apparently he or she did let the landlords know, and hr or she says that the landlord he or she dealt with "might as well [have been] one of the college students."

I had the same exact issues with this place. My lock broke on my door and instead of replacing it they cut it and moved it...then charged me bc the lock didn't work. The young girl in the office is def. not pleasant to deal with or professional. They're impossible to get a hold of. I did inform them of everything that was going on and did a check list when I moved in. They still found things to charge me for. I am a VERY clean person and was charge 250 for cleaning! They're slum lords.

I got my whole security deposit back minus the carpet cleaning charge, which was fine with me. I didn't want to do it. I asked them to inspect my apartment before I left and cleaned what I had missed. I worked with them and they were very nice about it. Maybe you should have done that and seems you're not as clean as you think you are.
