Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I lived at Smith and Royer for 3 years and I had no problem at all. I was close to class. All of the units had washer/dryers within your own apartment which made it very convenient. Everyone who lived there seemed esay to meet and very friendly. Prices were very reasonable compared to other areas that I researched. I would recommend living there compared to any other place that I had checked out in Macomb.
