For my junior year, I decided to rent an apartment. Never lived on my own before so I was new to the whole experience, but was really excited. I looked everywhere. My parent went with me. We found this apartment complex to have more pros than cons compared to the other apartment complexes in town. It's close to school, reasonable rent, lots of visitor parking, and they are nice apartments. Staff was friendly, helpful and even funny. Plus it didn't hurt that the manager is hot!! I had a couple of maintenance issues while I was there, but they all got resolved within 24 hrs. I graduated and left in 2009 and wanted to make sure I got my security deposit back since my parents paid for it. I did everything they told me to do. I even had them inspect it twice. Guess what' Got it all back. It's all about communication and respect. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
