The good: Pretty large apartment with good closet space for the money. Depending on the floor and building in which you live, it can also be pretty quiet.



The bad: The building is literally falling apart: termite holes everywhere, decayed wooden balconies, no repainting or repair of interior and exterior walls, no one cleans the hallways, and the basement (a.k.a. the dungeon) where the laundry facilities are located is extremely filthy and falling apart. Furthermore, the management does not respond promptly (if at all) to repair requests.
