New landlords have taken over, at least for the last two years. The landlords now are great and are always available. The downfalls are that they allow big dogs and no one cleans up after them. The buildings smell pretty bad if you live around the big dogs, which you will. There is a large pet deposit whether you have one pet or a whole kennel. The other problem is that the building is old and the outside wood attracts a lot of wasps that want to come in and live with us. The inside of the apartments is nice though and there is a nice pool outside that is well maintained. But if you want away from students and noisey, stinky dogs then this is not the place for you. But it is hard to get away from all students in Macomb. And in this building they like loud music, so you better too. The landlords are honest though and that seems rare around here.
