i lived in triad. they are absolutely terrible. the summers are VERY HOT b/c the ac unit given doesnt cool off anything. you cannot have friends over or the management will yell. you cannot be loud, at all...ever. they tried charging me extra b/c my girlfriend "was there too much" and the management told me she couldt be there very much. they will charge you for everything. they are very nice until you move in. the apt's are outdated. carpet sucks. i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Triad Investments.
