Wow! Where do I even begin' When I orignally signed the lesse I paid my deposit and was told what apartment number I would be in. Two weeks later I was called and told that I could come in a sign my lesse and pay my deposit! I already had!!! So I guess they needed to put me in a different apartment bc I still had to come in a intial by the new apt number. Then the day before I was to move into my apartment Tami called me and told me I was going to get assigned another new apartment bc the people that lived there now have not even started moving out! I was a little pissed but dealt with it. So I moved in July 1st...The AC did not work and it was the 4th of july weekend. Called their "emergency number" and got a answering machine! Did not get the AC fixed until later that week! Then we got a dog...So I went in to the main office to pay 1/2 of my deposit. Lori's desk looked like it had exploded (no wonder why people are getting eviction notice and letters saying they owe money...They have NO filing system)everything went well and 2 weeks later paid the rest of it! In the middle of Sept our screen door keeps coming off track and was really hard to open and close. So I called tami and told her and she said "ok we will put an order in" a week goes by and still no screen door. So I called again and she said "ok we will put an order in" another week goes by...still no screen door. So called the main office and they told me that they are ordering new doors and they will be in in 10-12 days. 12 days pass and no new door. Called Tami she said they are still waiting on them but she will give me a call when she hears back from the company she ordered from...November 1st still NO screen door! THe security here is a joke as well...instead of actually doing security work they are partying with some of the residents! The managment here sucks they are complete idiots and have no clue what they are doing. So I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! It is outragously expensive ($770/month for 2bd room 2 bath)and not worth half of that. For all of those people who read this and still decide to live in Turnberry KEEP EVERYTHING THEY GIVE YOU and get reciepts for EVERYTHING even rent checks!!! I have heard from numerous people that have gotten eviction notices simply bc Turnberry does not have all of thier ---- together. I would strongly recommned going somewhere else...Its going to be cheap and will eventually save you from having to deal with the ------ management here!

Exactly what I was thinking! Until now, nothing ever got fixed when we reported it. They have a good maintenance guy now but things are still not fixed. Overall...THEY'LL SCREW YOU!

I agree, i am living in turnberry now, and my AC didnt work all summer!! Lindsay kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it but there was no cold air coming out!! They are all LAZY, they do nothing all day and are never in the office!!
