This apartment complex is a total joke... They charge you an arm and a leg, promising all of these wonderful amenities and when they decide that they don't really feel like providing those amenities anymore, they simply don't... No rhyme, no reason, no explanation. The closest thing we have ever got regarding an explanation is the exorbinent amount of ill-written notes on our doors... It's pretty pathetic when they automatically install clips outside every door so they could leave you messages every week instead of having ANY respect and face-to-face relationship. I would love to see what a lawyer would do with this situation for all of the residents of this apartment complex if he/she were to ever do an audit or live here for one month... Lastly, the fact that they fired someone running an office/clubhouse for one phase and have not and did not have anyone to replace her, causing a GREAT inconvenience to the patrons of this apartment complex is extremely out of line. Please explain to me why TWO women need to sit at the phase one office, while there is NO ONE at the phase two office... Seems to me like they just want to sit around and talk, smoke, and eat while their patrons are overly dissatisfied. Time for the owner to find new help...

Agreed. I have involved a lawyer. Once the fake eviction notices were handed out I decided I was fed up. I'll keep people notified in the complex if anything comes of it, especially those who are being charged extra money on their accounts.
