I locked myself out of my apartment recently and the staff went out of their way to help me, coming to my rescue on a cold, icy night. I just want to say Thank you!

That's suprising! They charged $10 to come let people in before. But that probably just went into their pockets like all the other cash did. Sure some of the staff is really nice...but its a screwy operation!

I know that no matter what happened with the previous staff, the new staff is nothing short of professional and friendly. They have helped me every time I have ever needed anything. I believe that for those who don't like it here now are probably those residents that have not given the new staff a chance to prove themselves.
