I would like to begin by saying that it was a breath of fresh air when the new Management staff was brought in. I realize that there were several "issues" related to the previous staff and was considering either breaking my lease or not renewing at the end of it but now I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Yes there were some issues with my payment history but after a short time and by working with the new staff my rental Account was cleared up and it was even found that i had a credit. Wow how refreshing to see that the Company was so honest in their audit.
The new maintenance team is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about their job and all requests have been taken care of the same day if not the next day. Before they were here it could take weeks just to get someone out to look at my problem and then another week to maybe get it fixed.
There is always someone at the office and it is obvious that the staff now takes pride in their jobs as it is always neat and clean and everyone is dressed for work instead of looking like they just got out of bed.
The new "Courtesy Pager" is awesome for anyone who would like a quiet place to live and the Staff now actually enforces the Lease and it is obvious because it is now quiet and clean and everyone is mindful or their neighbors.
The new Manager is always available to talk to you and greets you every time you come to the Office and has a open door policy and makes you feel like you are more than just a monthly rent check.
