the new apartments look nice but we got a brand new 4 bedroom and some problems we ran into were:
thin walls/poorly insulated...resulting in higher electric and noise. I get to hear my neighbors in the next apts alarm clock and i can hear his phone calls clearly.
our sink sprayer was broken and we had to put in several requests to fix it.
upon move in there was no cover to our light in the kitchen
inadequate apartment lighting
smoke alarms go off even if you buy new batteries.
cheap screen doors
management punished entire turnberry community by shutting down our pool after it opened because a few people took a late night swim.
supposedly "policy changes" occurred and we weren't informed until we wanted to have a 5th person move into a 4 bedroom and they wanted to tac on 250 more dollars to add to their "fees"
the two office ladies hired for my building promise to return calls if you request information but often wait until you call back to remind them of what you needed. - also their hours are what they choose it to be....not always there when they need to.
HORRIBLE SNOW REMOVAL-- after work i had to park at caseys a few times because all the snow in the entrance didn't allow my car to make it up the hill.- it didn't matter to staff there.
they seem like quality apartments upon initial inspection but they are cheaply made and charge what they want.
my lease is up in may and i know they will try and keep all my security deposit at all costs.
CAMPUS POINT AND MANOR ARE WAY MORE WORTH YOUR MONEY
for 1324 a month i expected more
