We've lived here for a while and haven't had many issues come up. We enjoy the location and the apartment. Your right in saying the walls are thin, they are, but it's not very noisey in the ones we live in. The only thing that is crazy are all the notes and warnings and such. I feel like I'm a teenager living with mom and dad, there are constant notes about yards, checking inside the apartments and so on. We've had issues with the 'maintence' crew, and the previous rating was so true, they drive around more than they work. Constant stares and more, just insane. We have beautiful trees behind our house, which collects loads of trash from the dumps, well yesterday my husband and I went and collected tons of trash (just from one corner, it will take another day to do the other side), and while we were relaxing from our day of hard work on our patio we witnesses, and got pictures of three maintence men dumping their wet/dry vac right there in the woods we just cleaned. Once they left we walked over there to see what they did, and yep we were right, trash from it, milk lids, paper, just junk from a dirty apartment they cleaned up, they dumped, we have four large trash bins that get rain and water in them, why couldn't they just dump it in there. Needless to say, I'm sure half the trash back there is theirs. They are always on the 'pick up dog poop' crap, but yet, dog poop at least goes away. They say it isn't pretty, but I guess looking at trash is okay. It's just funny, how they can do whatever, but they are on you the minute you turn your back. All in all we love living here, but give me a break, this 'new' maintence crew is crap, one guy in particular.

Thank you! i would agree with you, the maintence crew is the worst i have ever seen! They do nothing at all! And there is one who deffinitly stands out more then the other two! I have a guy who works for me and he said one day he was at his girlfriends apartment by himself and he was taking a bath, and the maintence man just walked into the apartment and was looking around! He came into the bathroom without even knocking on the door! He thought the apartment was empty! And never said why he was there in the first place! They do whatever they want! They have no problem giving out fines to residents for not picking up trash or have garbage on the deck and what not, but they dont have to fix anything themselves! And the office ladies know that they are doing nothing all day, and they choose to do nothing about it!
