Worst place in Marengo! I used to live in Marengo at Pheasant Roost Apartments. It was the worst place I have ever lived. The rent was too high, the hallways were filthy with cigarettes, beer cans, smelled liked urine, and sometimes even drunks sleeping it off at various times
