Obviously the apartments and houses owned by BailCo are not state-of-the-art, or even relatively new. I went into a lease with Bail Co expecting the slum lords I read about on here, but for the price they were quite helpful. If you are not looking to spend a lot of money, and don't care too much about the age of the home, then they aren't bad at all. Not impressive, but not bad. I left after a year fully expecting my $235 security deposit to be GONE, so I didn't even bother checking in on it after I left, but I recently received a check for $112 after carpet cleaning (Which I deliberately left without cleaning because I didn't think I would get ANY of my deposit back, so figured they might as well work for the money they were going to take from me). As long as you don't have high expectations they will deliver solid, but not exceptional service.
