I am almost out of these apartments. I have lived out here for two years and the first year it was fine, but this year everything was terrible. These are like college dorms and we cannot have any fun without the flashlight cops coming over from lakeland. Everything that goes into these apartments are cheap. They will charge you for anything that they can. I will admit that the lady that is out here all the time is great but her boss is terrible and will be extrememly rude. Go somewhere else, unless you just want to lose a lot of money.
