This is a good first apartment for someone. It was good location next to Lake Land College. They excepted pets at the time I was there. Very affordable without being low income housing. Laundry facility onsite, as well as coke machine my favorite.

Just beware, know decorations are allowed in the window. Tentant are college students. The manager and owner at the time might need to work on his people skills. Don't expect deposit back.

Other than that I had a great stay. Neighbors were friendly and seemed safe though I worked alot.
