This has been a very affordable apt. for me. It is a renovated motel. But the repairs have been completed, and my apartment has brand new kitchen cabinets, tile and carpet. My roommate and I are very satisfied and have signed our lease for next year! We each have our own bedroom and full bathroom. Plenty of parking and less expensive than other apartments we only pay our electric our landlord pays all other utilities. Very quite
