I lived here since 1993. This was a great place to live when it was NHP. then it become Aimco. The maintenance supervisor ---- was wonderful and tried to work with the residents as much as possible. ----- (----) the property manager was an ---. ---- left in 1998 and maintenace has become horrible, the office staff has always been horrible. At night I can watch tenns having sex in the playground, drugs are being sold openly... all the complaints to the office go unrewarded... nothing gets done... unless you are having sex with -----... then you get anything... Maybe if I give him a little I can get my 12yrd old refrigerator replaced.

Look I moved in in 1982 when apts. was only 2 months old and some apts. not even finished, but then was a very nice place to live and yes the staff do think they are better than others........but not....... I lived there for 7 years and bye Law I was to have a 3 bedroom because my 2 children needed there own bedrooms, but they would never move me from 2 BR to a 3 BR so I had no choice but to move. So I did and I was so glad I did because I know first hand about the things that is going on there and I would not advise anyone with smalll children to move there, cause it is full of drugs and sex. I would not even move there with teens cause we have enough problems controlling them as it is and moving there it would be worse. As I know how ----- is and the only way to get anything done is to get legal aid in on it and I can say from my own experence he will do something then if you have a problem with unit. I always kept my apt. very nice and even had to fight the roaches on my own ,but did get rid of them. I had a problem once with my hallway floor seperating and my little 3 year old and grown sister was always falling in the crack (seperation) and I showed ----- and he would not do anything,so I ask one more time and they said they did not know what they could do.Well he thought just cause I was on welfare I was stupid and would not follow up on it.......wrong cause this was a hazard to me and my family. So I called legal aid and they took my case and got an appt. with city dept. and came and looked at the problem. Well they decided it was a hazard and they got the ball rolling and yes ----- was forced to fix it and yes he did not like it or me after this. I could have been a --- just like him and sued the complex many times, but all I wanted was for us to be safe and it fixed.Thats what happened and all I can say if you have an issue like this and can not afford legal help than I suggest you call your local legal aid and health or city dept. and I am sure something will be done. I am so sorry anyone has to go through something like this cause all we are trying to do is live there in safty and cleaness. I hope the best for all of you and may all have a safe and Merry Christmas...........
