Nice place to live

Reading the previous review made me want to add my own. I have lived at Sunrise Apts for a number of years. It's a nice place to live with very few problems. I dont consider it a party place, it's my home.

I do not suggest anyone moving out at sunrise apartments. As a previous resident the management manipulated funds that exceed normality upon moving out! $75 to clean kitchen $45 to clean a bathroom $30 to clean the dishwasher and $150 to clean the total apartment. We left this apartment CLEAN!
