Its an apartment! This is a good first apartment for someone. It was good location next to Lake Land College. They excepted pets at the time I was there. Very affordable without being low income housing. Laundry facility onsite, as well as coke machine my favorite.

gross gross gross First of all, every week for about 3-4 days we had to block off the kitchen/living room area because of this putrid smell of dog urine, coming from the neighbors apartment. We called the landlord 4 times and he did nothing. The smell continued throughout the entire lease.

Do yourself a favor and go to the apartment right next to LLC! I only signed a lease for these apartments because the ones right next to the college were full. This is an old junky motel that they turned into apartment. They are dirty very used and they stink! This isn't just student
