ok, so I've lived in a few apartment buildings in my time..INCLUDING one in Detroit where the neighborhoods are NOT the best. Well, THIS apartment is the WORST EVER to live in. As one other person has noted, maintance SUCKS, they charge ENTIRELY WAY too much for rent, (450 for a ONE bedroom), there are MILLIONS of bugs (roaches, ants etc) and they keep promising to come and spray.. I havent seen them YET and Ive lived there for 5 months (thank GOD They have only a 6 month lease and my time is almost up) The tennents are RUDE, LOUD, and DIRTY. My neighbors are the most ignorant, rude, disgustinly DIRTY people Ive ever seen. Its just HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT from here!!!! You can hear what ANY and EVERYONE is doing in ANY apartment at ANY given time.. I dont care if you WHISPER. you WILL be heard!
