Paulsen Manor is a small community in the heart of Moline. Away from the street, you rarely hear street noise.
On-site managers are very helpful, and responsive to any needs you may have.
Close to shopping, yet a secluded feeling.
Buildings and grounds are very well kept, and there is a great pool which is always very clean. Clubhouse is lovely.
I highly recommend Paulsen Manor to anyone who is looking for stylish living at budget prices.
