Our standards are high. We expect all residents who move out to leave the unit clean. We provide each resident with a move out sheet that clearly explains what we expect at move out. We take normal wear and tear into account because we do a move-in/move-out inspection with each resident. Any damages that are not listed on your move-in sheet, will count against the resident. Normal wear and tear does not include a residents failure to properly clean there unit during their stay nor their failure to properly clean the unit at move out, (ie vacuum floor, wipe down the bathroom and kitchen).
