First and foremost this place is really a dump the groundskeeping is shabby and broken stuff everywhere, i.e. the pool it was opened that last three weeks of summer and management lied every week to all tenants. management does not care of what problems people have, they dont care about anything but money. they are section 8 and there are registered sex offendes living there unsafe place for kids. building are not secured and someone has been walking around with a master key. the apartments are very outdated and old crappy apliances and decor. no move out or move in inspections. lets see what else water damage, mold, lights lamps doors broken, unfriendly neighbors and management. seriously the moline police come there about ten times a day. MANAGEMENT SUCKS NONE OF THEM KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!! these are just some things that i can think of right now, the only way to improve the property is to burn it down and start over with new management..... DONT EVER RENT HERE I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH.

i agree 100%. this place is now a dump. it was starting to look good the last few months but now is a piece of crap over the last month. the manager is really rude and will tell you to leave her office because she doesnt like you. this place should be burned down and started over. i called the managment company on the manager and her boss was short with me and rude also.
