been here for 2 years now. at first i thought i would really like it because of the layout of the apartment which makes the living room pretty big. and the manager at the time was really pretty helpfull and easy to work with if i had a problem. at one point i had to change jobs and got a little behind on my rent. the manager at the time was very understandable and we were able to make arangments so i could get caught back up. property owners and managers have to understand that even a late payment is still payment.you're still getting your money, if you try to evict everyone that is 5 days late you wont have any money. and that is exactly what seems to be going on here. since ownership has changed and management has changed twice since i've been here. and the manager just keep getting worse. this knew manager is a real...well, you know what i'm saying. just this month i recieved a 5 day notice even though i had a $100 credit. i'm ahead on my rent and they were going to try to evict me' and just yesterday i noticed how much this woman really seems hates people when i noticed her harrassing a small boy then she tried to harrase me and my wife about smoking on our own balcony. on top of this all i haven't been able to get one thing fixed around here, leaking sink, randomly working stove, and a constantly running a/c heating unit. my electic bills are the highest i've ever had anywhere i've ever lived. and the marry-go-round in the playground has been broken for the last year, someone is going to get hurt on it one of these days. something has to change around here or there may not be a pheasant ridge apartments in the future.

You should report her to the better business bureau and call the fair housing people.

Your right. Nothing ever gets fixed around here. The playground does not look like the picture I saw on Rent.com. Don't be fooled by the pictues its a joke. the playground looks like a war zone. The merry-go-round is practically laying on its side and that has been that way since last year. I have never gotten an eviction notice but I sure dont want to live here anymore. Does anyone know anything about how to do something about landlords who dont care about their residents only $$$$$$$
