This new manager I think her name is Patricia, is so rude and she is working in the wrong place to be discriminating against so many residents. I wont be surprised if she gets arrested or the company gets big fines She hides in her office and never wants to deal with us residents. I agree with the other response why does she keep getting rehired. I can't believe she worked in Peoria, IL. Well I hope she understands that she is not in Peoria anymore. Alot of us residents are working to get a petition going against her and we will be taking it to the BBB or Fair Housing so they see the type of stuff she is doing. My wife and I were talking to our next door neighbors last night and they were telling us how the manager was teasing and making comments about a boy who lives in the building next door. This boy is disabled and the manager was making snide comments about him. I can foresee in the future this manager being sued or the company for discriminating against a handicap person. I told the manager that I was going to report her to her boss and she just laughed in my face and said "good luck". She said her boss isn't going to do anything about what goes on thats why they hired her was because of her attitude. We have never been late on rent, but are looking for breaking our lease. This place has turned into a dump quickly and its not worth even $545.00 in rent. They have people with keys that are on drugs and I am scared something is going to come up missing in my apartment. If it does I will be suing !!!!! My dishwasher has not worked in a month and when I try to talk to the manager over the phone she never takes any calls. I keep reporting my problems to the secretary but she can only do so much. I sure hope they pay her enough to deal with that Manager every single day.

i remember her yelling her hard-working assitant's name in Peoria every five minutes when I was in the office. she was alwayvs having him work his tail off doing her work. He even told me she had him sort her halloween candy. He also had to be there 15 minutes early to make her coffee every morning...unpaid. Wow, typing this really makes me realize how incompetent and worthless she really is I agree she is racist, and very, very lazy.

I agree, I know the assistant and she works hard while Trish plays games on her computer. While the windows are open you can hear Trish yell her name every 5 minutes, I will assume its because she doesnt know how to do anything except pass judgement on everyone that walks thru the door. To be a manager you have to work with a variety of residents of all different nationalities and this manager is very very prejudice. I hope the company understands who they hired. Now I see why the Peoria one gave her a quick boot. This company is never around to see how Trish acts. I think they should send in a couple of anonymous shoppers to see how she really works.
