The manager is the worst manager I have ever seen. Cohen Esrey should realize soon enough that they are going to be sued. I have never in my life seen a manager discriminate against people the way she does. A few weeks ago she flat out refused to give an application to one of my friends because she didnt like the way she and her husband looked. She told my friend that they "don't rent to younger people" excuse me but I thought you had the right to rent if you were at least 18 years of age and my friend is 24 years old. We decided to get together and send another one of my friends in dressed kinda bad to see if they got the same result. This manager refused to give him an application too and told him that they don't rent to partiers or druggies. THe manager doesnt realize that my friend that went in there is neither of those. I plan to call Fair Housing on her. Does anyone know who the owner of this complex is''' I am sure they have no idea what's going on here. Things have taken a turn for the worse since the old manager left and now the assistant is gone too. I bet she got fed up with the manager yelling at her and embarassing her every 5 minutes. They brought back that one girl that used to work there and she is rude and snotty too. As soon as you walk into the office she rolls her eyes at you. I guess her and the manager are a great match. Don't bother calling for the numerous work orders because they never answer the phone and if they do by chance decide to answer and you ask them again for some work to be done the manager Trish will tell you "good luck" and hang up on you. The hallways are filthy dirty the cleaner pretends like he's cleaning them but doesnt he just takes out the garbage and walks to the next building. The grounds still have garbage on them from last winter, and the cigarette butts are everywhere in big heaping piles. Maintenance are just big drunks don't let them in your apartment alone. Office hours are a joke I don't know how many times I have tried to get my laundry card filled and the office is locked while the manager sits at her desk doing nothing. When you apply they show you this great model apartment believe me your apartment will look nothing like this model. The cabinets will be filthy not to mention the bath tub paint that peels off in big chunks. Eight on your side news would have a field day with this place. DON'T RENT HERE YOU'LL REGRET IT... As soon as my lease is up I will be leaving this hell hole.
