This place is crap! The parking is the worst ever, you can here absolutly everything around you, they do nothing on noice complaints, they automatically write citations instead of investigating, they favor certain people, it took them almost 2 months to fix my bath tub when I first moved in so I had to shower at a friends house... they didn't fix anything from my first walk through and now are trying to stick me with it! People constantly break the lights out on the parking lot, so who knows who is stealing what out of cars. They do nothing about the drugs and parties there. They haven't updated appliances in a long time... I've asked them to fix my dishwasher since I moved in that's never been done! I have a dog, which I pick up after, but very few people do and when you turn it in they say thank you and don't do anything... around my building is gross and then they have the audacity to talk to me about my dog! Uh hello I'm the one that turned it in!!! I've showed them who it is and they still do nothing! It's dumb! Don't move here... it's the worst complex in the qc!

I agree. I used to live there and it was horrible. I had to get out. They didn't care about the complaints that I had. I didn't get my deposit back and the damage was there before I moved in. I hated it there and I'm so glad that I'm out.

Everyone has an opinion about everything and you are entitled to it but you should also look at the other side of the issue...the tenants. I have seen nothing but positive improvements with the new management company and what a job they had to do! The office staff is friendly and sincerely tries to address and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Maybe there needs to be less finger pointing and more proactive measures taken on the residents part. Do you think the office has time to chase down every noisy person or chase down people who litter? I think if us tenants would cared so much then we would spend more time picking up after ourselves and mind our own business. There are some busy bodies up there that stick their nose into everything! You girls are doing a great job and i appreciate all your efforts. If the others are so unhappy then go somewhere else. Be a part of the solution not the problem.

Hate to break it to you darling, but most of tenants do do our part to keep things clean...but its a dead end! Do you realize that when so few try to help, it really doesn't matter. And sorry to say most of my complaints were with the office people. They don't take noise complaints and the cops don't do a damn thing, theie attempt to stop the sale of drugs is a sign that says drug free zone are you kidding me? We were told a police officier would be on duty there... yup where? There's no parking because people take up two or three spots and that was addressed guess what, some people listened... others didn't do a thing! Maybe you should open your eyes a little more. There are people who try and try pretty hard and we see no improvements. This place is turning into the projects.

Yes, others who don't like it here who have the ability to move should. I guess that's why so many are leaving every day, only to be replaced with mostly human trash. Drug dealers pay their rent on time though right? This review site is a way to be proactive by the way and warn people before they live here what they may be in for. It is not a tenants job to clean up the property or fix major maintenance problems either, that's what we pay rent for. Being charged for it for you leave would also be frustrating. Those of us who want to live in a decent place clean the property ourselves because otherwise it doesn't get done. If neighbors are destroying your property and keeping you sleepless, then perhaps it is a good proactive thing to do to warn people that nothing will be done about that either for months if they live here. If you are a tenant criticizing the bad reviews, then perhaps you are a tenant who lives here because you are in management, or else you are very lucky to live in a part of the property that is enclosed by a giant soundproof bubble.
