I have enjoyed my time at Pine Ridge, and after reading about other apartments in the area, am even more thankful for the great staff and facilities here. Sure, there have been some annoying neighbors from time to time, but Pine Ridge always acted on complaints and those people never lasted long. The laundry facilities are over priced, but it is nice to have them close to home.

Pine Ridge is in a great location in Moline and the area is very quiet most of the time. Whenever we have had a problem with something in the apartment, maintenance has come by right away to make fixes, and everyone we have dealt with on the staff is very nice.

While I am not a fan of the water heating (it can get awfully hot in the winter if you don't keep it in check), it certainly is effective, and the window air conditioner provided works great.

My only real complaint relates to what they charge. I think $495 in Moline for a one bedroom is a bit much (especially when you consider you can get a house for around the same price each month), and the price has risen twice since we moved in back in 2005. While I think it is nice to have the service we do here, I am not sure how much longer we can stay if the prices keep rising.

Overall though... Nice area. Nice apartments (if you can afford it).
