My wife and I have lived in the ridge for 2 years now. It is about all we can find in this area that is not low income. although it feels like it is. Children's toys litter the yard.people loiterer on the stairs as you try to get to your apartment after a long day at work. people sitting in the halls at 3 am smoking cigarettes and partying. I have lived in trailer parks that are nicer than this place. I have had sewage from the upstairs neighbor seeping through my ceiling for a week and nothing has been done. I have been told there would be' but nothing. this place is good for college kids who's mom and dad are footing the bill but as far as spending my own money on Pine Ridge don't make the same mistake I did
