I lived here from June 2001 to June 2003. My rent was always received in a timely manner, and my apartment was thoroughly cleaned upon my exit, however Premier refuses to return my deposit and has provided no reason for withholding it.

During the time that I lived there, numerous items went unrepaired, the heat, water, and electric were all turned off at various times of the year due to them not paying the utilities. Poor screening of tenants led to my apartment being broken into, thankfully I had already moved all of my belongings out.

Just an overall terrible experience. The only thing they know how to do right is take your hard earned $$ each month.
