Don't even think about paying the last months rent. You will not get your deposit back for doing the right thing. It appears they figure enough people will just let them keep the deposit to make it worth their while.
Forget about repairs. Be prepared to fix problems yourself. Employees change weekly, so each time you call they have no idea what you are talking about. They also have now created multiple levels of management. Each has a different name and each states the other is responsible for the problem.
Premier is a mess.
