Security deposit wasn't returned, nor was an explanation why within the lawful 30 day period after move out.
Lee Armstrong, (leasing agent) said that a car would fit in the garage, not even my COMPACT car could fit in it.

I definitely agree!! I rented off of them too!! I went on vacation, and when I got home, someone had been in my house with a key, and locked my cats downstairs, for 4 days!! Of course they urinated on the carpet, and then they stiffed me on the deposit, saying it costed $450.00 for carpet shampooing but never would furnish a receipt, and then as the lease came due, jacked up our rent, if we did'nt sign on for another year. I could never reach anybody at the office. It's a bad company!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
