i lived here for about 3 months and was activated to Iraq. I dont know if the landlord has ever heard of the Solders and Sailors Act but you cant keep a deposit because someone got deployed and had to break their lease. Also one bathroom didnt work and was never fixed, the pipes under the sink were detached from each other and water gushed everytime you used the kitchen sink. NO NOISE CONTOL!.
