Homewood an excellent place to live - I have been a resident of homewood since 2008. And it is the best complex i have seen the management is awesome. This complex is not money hungary, they believe in working with the tenents if they can. Our family really love the atmosphere from the management to everything else. Lovely LeClaire During my time living at LeClaire I Loved it! The building is a hotel from the 30's so the building detail inside is so nice, it makes everything seem fancy. They keep it very clean and even decorate for holidays. Maintenece is always there when you need something. Luadry

Horrible Place to live. Stay away from Pine Ridge. This place is a dump. The parking lot is not well taken care of. Hallways are messy, bugs everywhere, and screens on the windows are in bad shape. The shower never has a consistent temperature. It would be boiling hot one moment then
