I lived in a two bedroom unit for two years and was never happier to get out. They will not properly repair or replace ANYTHING. The on-site office staff is uncooperative and rude as well as the corporate office staff. The buildings are atleast 35 years old (if not more) the plumbing and HVAC systems have not been updated or replaced in these buildings and are DANGEROUS. They will not even do routine maintenance or cleaning on the furnance (and the tenant gets stuck with the gas bill on these old, outdated and dangerous units!) The management gets away with alot because of the location of the property. (Not falling under any city, village or county jurisdiction) and any complaints get passed around like a hot potato. If your A/C unit goes out... forget it, they are not going to replace it. They only legally need to provide you with heat (as long as you pay the gas bill) on furnaces that were installed in the 1960's! They are constantly raising rents at an average of $40 per month at renewal. I could write a horror novel on this place... in two words, I refer to my time there as living in the "Hell Hole".

Wow... I agree I moved in here 2008 and the on-site office staff is uncooperative and rude as well as the corporate office staff I totally agree...DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS PLACE
