I have to say that when I first say these reviews, I think the people writing them are the problem-- The manager, Andrea runs the place by the book and is a genuinely nice person. I have no complaints in general--Boulder hill is a great deal, especially the townhome units. Clean, quiet, and affordable so you can spend your money on things other than rent! -- I would recommend. Sara
